Lemon, Orange, Passionfruit, Pineapple and Lime Curd: Our curds are homemade with fresh juice, eggs and sugar cooked up to make a smooth spread.
Italian Meringue Buttercream
- Chocolate: Melted bittersweet chocolate gives this buttercream a chocolaty mousse flavor
- Raspberry: Strained pureed raspberries are added to give this cream a smooth berry flavor
- Lemon: Fresh Lemon Curd is added to give this a mouth puckering tang
- Coconut: Smooth pureed coconut and toasted coconut pieces are folded into the cream.
- Cookies and cream: All you need is a tall glass of milk with this childhood favorite.
- Coffee: Tastes just like a smooth Latte, best paired with hazelnut or chocolate buttercream or all 3 in one cake.
- Hazelnut: Hazelnut praline and toasted caramelized hazelnuts are folded into the cream.
- Blackberry: Fresh blackberries are tossed into the cream.
- Orange: Orange oil and orange curd enhance this cream that is best paired with chocolate buttercream
- Strawberries: Tons of fresh strawberries are folded into this classic cream.
- Vanilla: Infused with fresh vanilla beans
- Peanut Butter: Tastes like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich when paired with blackberry buttercream or Elvis’s favorite when paired with chocolate buttercream and banana cake.
Caramel: Homemade caramel is great as a spread with vanilla buttercream and Vahlrona candy crunchies.
Nutella (Hazelnut and Chocolate spread): Can be added as a spread under any of the above flavors, best when paired with hazelnut buttercream.
Meringue: Soft Chewy nutty meringues can be tucked between the layers to give a crunchy nutty delight. Comes in Hazelnut, Pistachio, Almond and coconut almond.
Ganache: Bittersweet, white or milk Chocolate and Cream combined to form a silky creamy frosting. Can be flavoured with Coffee or Alcohol or fruit purees.
Cream cheese frosting: traditional frosting best when paired with fresh lemon curd.
Flavored Syrup: All of our cake layers are brushed with flavored syrup. This is to ensure the layers remain moist, as well as to infuse even more flavor into the cakes. This syrup is delicious when flavored with vanilla bean, liqueur, fresh citrus juice, or fresh herbs. |
